Terrible service
Terrible service, sizing way out quality awful. Will not refund untill it gets back to China and I have to pay carriage . It was shipped to me from a warehouse in Southhall UK They say to keep the small one and they will give me 30% off a larger one But no refund on first one unless sent back to China Just seen exact same beds n B&M for £14 Rip off company

Mr fluffy friend dog beds are not cheap…
Mr fluffy friend dog beds are not cheap chinese rubbish as they are dear chinese rubbish,dispatched from the uk but all returns must go back to china what a con to put you off returning at great expence,the bed is poor quality looks more like a shag pile rug,

Avoid - They steal your money!
I paid £99 for my item - which they collected from my bank account on day 1 - Which is bad practice. Quality firms collect payment when receipt of product is confirmed. It never got delivered. I kept chasing. Two weeks later an email suggesting it was delivered. Total non-sense. When asked for help told to go negotiate with Royal Mail myself. Patronising service emails. Royal Mail does not deal with the recipient, only the sender. I am being sent in a hideous loop with no product and no money. Avoid this lame company!

The product ships from China
Beware, Products are shipped from China( via Mexico ). I live in Los Angeles. After waiting over 3 weeks to receive my order, & constantly asking, "where is my order" & getting BS from customer support, I'd had enough, and said I no longer wanted item. I was told, I would have to pay return shipping ( to China ). Around $30 - 50. So not worth it to return a $44 bed. Understand this before placing order

After waiting almost three weeks for…
After waiting almost three weeks for delivery the wrong size bed was sent with no fabric in the center as advertised. Option 1 was to keep the bed and get a 15% refund. Why on earth would I want a bed my dog can’t use! Option 2 is to return the bed however I am responsible for return shipping cost! I have to spend more money for their mistake. That is horrible customer service and I will not be doing any other business with this company.

I still have not received my order
I still have not received my order, you took my money but never delivered my dog bed , it’s been a long time now !!!!
