hugely overpriced
hugely overpriced, not returnable due to cost of mailing to China hugely overpriced, bottom pad has no cushion. Unable to return due to large amount of postage to China(much more than cost of bed). Just saw similar on Amazon wishing I knew that before buying to save my frustration.

Size Description Very Misleading and Inaccurate!
I was disappointed in the size of the beds. I purchased 2 of them (one for each of my Golden's) and although when I ordered they claimed to be "XL" and described as the size for Golden Retriever's they are not. They barely fit and I believe I was definitely misled. I think you owe the public to change your sizing descriptions to more accurately depict what it is people should expect!

Merlin fits into this bed much better…
Merlin fits into this bed much better either curling up or stretching out and i find when he sleeps in it he has a much more sound sleep.....but he is always on the move so he is either on his bed on the couch on the floor or snuggled up on my lap as soon as i sit on the couch!

Pictures are definitely deceiving
Pictures are definitely deceiving. My 80 lb lab barley fits on it. She does however think I just bought her a new stuffed animal to carry around 😂

Disappointed
It took awhile to get the bed. The red was prettier then the picture however it’s not the best quality. It’s not real thick stuffing in the middle. We bought the biggest bed for our mastiff boxer mix who weighs 80 lbs. I expected the bed to be bigger and good stuffing. Jasper has come to like it but I won’t purchase anything else from Mr. Fluffy Friend. Disappointed.

Problem
I liked the beds, although they weren't as firm as I had hoped. The problem is my dogs didn't like them - they won't lay on them! I will probably give them to the local animal shelter.

Customer service responds quickly but I…
Customer service responds quickly but I foolishly bought 2 hoping my doodles would like it, but unfortunately, they do not. It is fluffy but doesn’t have much cushion at the bottom and while it shipped from California if you want to return you must send it with tracking to China. Maybe it’s okay for small dogs …
