I have contacted you several times in regards to 2 separate orders USPS says tracking number is invalid my name is Dorothy schlegel first order was to be sent to 1810 Votaw Rd Apopka fl 32703 my account has already been debited $83.00 so where is my order and what is the tracking number? This is poor customer service pls send me a response. The other one was to be sent to 4424 e baseline Rd apt 1190 apt 1190 Phoenix Az 85042 also been debited this as well. Why am I receiving invalid tracking number and where are my packages

Not what i expected. I ordered this bed for my elderly dog
I ordered this bed for my elderly dog, who does get very stressed when we leave her, on the recommendations of two work colleagues. After waiting well over two weeks, and still no bed, I emailed to request confirmation of dispatch. I was told they would look into it and maybe it was lost in the post. Hey ho, it turned up 3 days later, obviously the order having been forgotten and not sent in the first place!! I must say, when I opened the parcel, I was totally underwhelmed. This bed is nothing like the beds pictured on the Web site. It is not plump and luxurious, it has no body to it, no deep plush sides as on the advertising pictures and quite honestly BnM do a better quality alternative for a fraction of the price. This product is disappointing and is way over priced. However, my dog likes it and that's all that matters. I can't be bothered to even attempt to return it. I was a fool to be suckered in!!

Terrible delivery and service
Terrible delivery and service. The same old emails ignoring my requests to just cancel the order. Avoid and shop at your local pet store if you can.

A medium is to small
I, ordered a medium bed for my Shitzu/ Yorkie. However it's too small for him. So I sent a email back asking for a refund. But I haven't heard back from customer service. So I purchased another one a large hopefully it will work. I hope they refund me or let me know where to send the first one back.

The bed failed twice and stitching came…
The bed failed twice and stitching came apart. We have repaired it but I have not been impressed with its quality. Sorry to report this.

I asked for a refund because my dog would not go near the bed.
I asked for a refund because my dog would not go near the pet bed I had purchased. It has taken forever to get a result from Customer Service. I guess that is because their products are coming from CHINA AND MUST BE RETURED to CHINA. So I just excepted a 15% refund and will keep the bed and give it away. I do not believe in supporting CHINA. And I only asked for the return, however, because my pup would not go near the bed.
