Dont Expect Before Christmas 3 weeks and still not here
I've gotten 500 emails from these folks and I have yet to get the order. I ordered this thing on Nov 20 its been 3 weeks. I live in PA and its been sitting in NJ, one state over for 3 weeks. Do not order if you think you will get before Christmas. I have no idea how good or bad this pillow is because it still hasnt arrived. Hell I could have picked it up by now.

Ordered an XXL bed for our mature…
Ordered an XXL bed for our mature Pitbull. What we received was a joke! It would probably be perfect for a Frenchie! The only way to contact the company is by email. Did so, wanting to return/exchange. They replied to first try "fluffing" it up (like that's going to make it bigger). Then, if returned, it must be in the he original packaging, which was a vacuum sealed package wrapped in packing tape that had to be cut in several places to get the "XXL" bed out. The bed's a joke, as is the company. Customer service doesn't exist! I'm eating the cost of this and went out and bought my dog a real XXL bed. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

3 weeks and not shipped
I ordered 2 of these for gifts. They sent tracking over 3 weeks ago but only produced a label. Usps says they have never received them and are awaiting for them at their Melrose facility since early November. One order was supposed to be shipped to Arizona and another order to Washington. They were 2 separate orders. If they can't produce them, they should stop saying arrival time is 4 to 10 days. I'm embarrassed that these gifts didn't arrive and I look like an uncaring friend.

HÄNDE WEG!!! Wirbt als deutscher Shop mit Rückgaberecht, jedoch minderwertige Ware aus China. Bestellung wird in mehreren Paketen aus CHINA versendet, also Retouren nur nach China möglich. Kosten übersteigen weit den Wert der Ware. Konsumentenschutz durch Klarna in Abklärung…….

This company isn't consumer friendly
This company isn't consumer friendly. The product I ordered was put into the postal system just several days before a postal strike. I asked them to resend the item via a courier 3 different times . Each time they refused. The item in the postal system would be returned when received, still refused. They sent at least 1 advertising email daily. I wouldn't buy anything from them , too bad this will never be posted . I didn't even want to give them 1 star . They suck . I had to fight with PayPal to get my money refunded. I hope as it takes several days to show up on my credit card . It was ordered on Nov 2nd but not put into the postal system until the 12th, strike was on the 15th.

Unfortunately I still haven’t received Finnegan’s gift for his 15th birthday…… because I ordered it the day before the postal strike 😢😢 - I have only heard good things about your products so I am very anxious to finally receive it.

Nur minderwertige Ware. Man glaubt in Deutschland zu kaufen, kauft aber China Warenrücksendungen mit Rückversand nach China, sofern man die Geld zurück Garantie nutzen möchte. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Contacts très difficiles avec cette…
Contacts très difficiles avec cette société Colis reçu sans aucun document, pas de facture et d'info complémentaires pour retour, pas d'adresse ni téléphone de contact. Le coussin reçu ne convient pas à mon chien, je veux le renvoyer après plusieurs mails, je reçois enfin l'adresse et là les bras m'en tombent, pour le retour l'adresse est en CHINE, une manière de dissuader de le faire. C'est juste scandaleux et je veux informer d'autres acheteurs. Je ne peux croire qu'il n'y ai pas un site en France. Suite à mes différents mails avec MrFluffyfriend, et contrairement à leur réponse, j'ai eu un acte commercial et non un remboursement, ce geste commercial a commencé à 15% pour arriver à 30% soit 16.5€ sur 55€!
