I liked the bed a lot. The dog as well. No complaints on that score. But the shipping could have been better. It didn’t ship until about two weeks after ordered. Also it came in a very small package with the bed folded over twice. I think this turns customers off. It diminishes the quality of the purchase stuffing it into a small package. It should have been shipped in a larger box and not folded. Just my take.

Our dog loves the beds. Only issue was delivery.

Die negativen Bewertungen kann ich nicht bestätigen, die Lieferung hat zwar lange gedauert, kam noch rechtzeitig, da mein Welpe erst in drei Wochen bei mir einziehen wird! Das Bett ist kuschelig, die Katze ist schon Probe gelegen, es knistert nichts und es riecht auch nicht streng! Ich habe das größte Bett bestellt, wenn mein Hund (weißer Schäferhund) ausgewachsen ist wird es knapp! Ich hatte Angst, dass ich Betrügern aufgesessen bin, da sehr viele negative Bewertungen wegen fehlender Lieferung im Netz zu finden sind, heute war ich daher positiv überrascht, es fehlt leider noch die Autoschondecke, die laut Mail am selben Tag versendet wurde!

Slow delivery and lack of communication but good quality product.

Delivery is slow and sizing is small, but my dog loved this bed. Its light and he can drag it around the house to find the perfect position to relax!

Came a little slowly.. packaging cut.

The delivery time was as expected.(amazing how they fit it in a compressed vacuum-bag). I love it! It’s for my cat, who has to be the most distrustful cat in the world. She’ll sleep along side it, but has yet to get in it. She will eventually, but in her own time, and not before.
