My XXL bed arrived after a few weeks (excellent customer service and very fast response time!) I was a bit surprised when it arrived in a vacuum-sealed brick and it took a little while to fluff things up. Certainly not as cushy as I had envisioned, but my 5-year-old 65lb black labrador snuggles right into it and loves it. I think he likes the coziness of the side walls. I put it on top of his old flattened-out bed as a "topper" and that seems to give it the extra padding it needs. If my boy is happy, I'm happy.

The product is excellent, the dog won’t get off it. However delivery which I know has nothing to do with the supplier was terrible. Recommend the product but not their choice of courier.

Update: I received my package today. Apparently there was issues with the original package so they resent a new one. Not quite as big as I thought, but still nice and fluffy. My dog loves it! (Original post) Never received product. Never received refund. Customer service email said it was because of Shanghai situation. No further communication has come in from customer service. I would love to update if I ever receive the product or money back.

Happy with the product. So far the cat hasn’t slept in it yet. But is smelling it and circling it……The delivery took a bit longer than I expected but it finally got here, so I am happy to finally have it.

I was concerned that my order was delayed, but customer service dealt with my enquiry and my product arrived shortly thereafter. Great product, good price. Would recommend.

The dogs seem to really like their new beds. I was actually impressed that somebody was on the ball and combined 2 separate orders into one delivery. They noticed the same shipping address.

Really easy to order and fast delivery. In the initial review I gave 2 stars I said that I was disappointed about the a it being poorly sawn and as small hole in stitching. But…I have changed my review because my puppy absolutely loves it! We bought another smaller bed (as I ordered the biggest Mr Fluffy size) but our new puppy in 2 days never wanted to go into the smaller bed. My daughter pulled Mr Fluffy out today and our puppy loves it and already sleeps in it…thank you!
