Item coming by wagon train that never left the depot
Ordered Item on 12/1, shows at shipper 12/5 still have not received item on 12/15. UPDATE They asked me to wait 7 days for them to resolve the shipping issue. I just checked and the item is still listed as being with their third party shipped where its been listed since 12/5/2024. I have informed them that I no longer want their product and that I want a full refund of the purchase price immediately. I told them that if they had not responded by tomorrow morning I am going to contest the charge on my credit card. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I believe that no product was ever shipped and that its just a scam. If I could give them a lower rating than 1 star I would do it in a second.

Not received.
Still have not received my order. Order on December 1, 2024 and as of December 15 not received. RECEIVED DECEMBER 31st.

This is a follow-up to my last review
This is a follow-up to my last review. Two packages were delivered but the one order with two cat beds and a paw washer only had one cat bed. The second package was the dog bed - which I haven't opened yet but don't know it it's the xxl size I ordered. I've contacted customer service regarding a refund for the bed and paw washer that were not included but I was charged for those items - no response yet on that issue. The policy on refunds is very misleading - in order to return the item will probably cost more since they are packaged in such a way that once the package is opened the bed explodes into a very large item that cannot be replaced in the original package but will require a large box and will be very expensive to return. Beware before purchasing - read the satisfaction and return/replace policy carefully.

Don’t order from this company
Don’t order from this company. They are a scam. Take your money and don’t ship your product. They give you a USPS shipping code that never gets picked up in NJ. Stay away.

2 weeks after ordering and the tracking…
2 weeks after ordering and the tracking number provided is not recognized by USPS. Item supposedly still in LA. Email responses nothing but excuses. Save your money and frustration, buy elsewhere Edit 12/18. Received the usual “we’re so sorry” response. If you really want to see how you will be treated if you buy, look them up on the BBB website! Whatever you do, do your research. They will do absolutely nothing for me, guaranteed.

Order hasn't arrived 15 days after the order.
I ordered a bed 15 days ago and it still has not arrived. The company is asking me to give them a review.

Seriously unhappy with this product
Seriously unhappy with this product. Ordered an xxl , really lacks filling and it's nowhere near as deep as the pictures lead you to believe and it's blue not dark grey. The returns policy is a bit of a joke considering it has to be sent back to China within 30 days of the order. BUT when it takes over 2 weeks to arrive it doesn't leave much time to repost. I've been offered £15 compensation! I've asked for more filling to be sent to me which has been totally ignored.
