This is the second bed I've bought for Cara. She's a rescue & I bought the first one going on the size the rescue told me she was. She loves the first one but it's a bit small for her - she can't stretch out in it & she has very long legs. It's an instant success! She snuggled straight into it & gave a little sigh of contentment & wriggled around in it - it's very soft & comforting for her. The customer service is excellent - as soon as I placed the order I received an email welcoming me back - by name. I know it's probably run by a bot but it was a nice touch.
