I saw an add for Mr. Fluffy pillow and decided to give it a try. The add did saw it might take awhile to get, and it did. I did get response back from them assuring that my pillow was in route. Eventually it came, in a small, tight package. Upon opening it, I was surprised at how soft it is. And how it puffed up to its full size. My doggy loves it. As he lives most things that are given to him. But he does like this pillow, and sleeps most of the night on it. My only complaint is that I don’t think it’s as comfortable for an older dog that might need a bit more stuffing for tired bones. Our 15 year old lab prefers her thick, big pillow. Though, our young dog go thinks it’s perfect. Which means, so do I.

Quite an expensive dog bed but looks nice & comfy, arrived after a couple of weeks, however, our dog is still getting used to it though.

My Sophie loves this bed! This is her second one. The first lasted about two years. I machine washed the first one every two weeks. After the first year, it started to come apart at the seams in places and lost some stuffing. I had to sew it up several times. Sophie was a little reluctant to give up the old one at first but, now loves her new one! I’m anxious to see if it hold up at least as well as the first one. I’d like to see it last more than two years.

I complained about this company because I honestly didn't think the beds would ever arrive. However they did and the dogs like the bigger one. The small one is much too small, so always order the bigger size. These kind of beds are expensive in shops, so the price is ok. But the smaller size bed is only really suitable for a toy dog or a puppy. However I acknowledge the fact that the company are trying to improve their brand, and trying to get it right.

Part was nice and ok, but delivery of 5-6 weeks is definitely too long

Honey, our fur-ever foster with arthritis, loves this XL cushion. The peach color and texture is beautiful. The pillow needs a stronger, thicker more supportive base in order to make it a grand slam then it'll be a 10 star product. Also, keep in mind that supply chain issues were the reason for the delayed delivery.

Everything got here in a timely manor and dogs love the beds. So do the grand kids. 😂😂

I was concerned when other peoples reviews were saying they took forever to get the beds or they hadn’t come at all. My order took a while, which they don’t tell you until you submit the order, but it took about 3 weeks. It came in a really small tape wrapped package. I ordered the large. I put it in my dryer to air fluff and it got quite a bit larger. I have had it about a month all dogs like it. Be ware if you step on the middle it’s slippery.
