To make returns more convenient for our UK customers, we provide an EU return address rather than requiring returns to be shipped overseas. We can also see that one of our customer service representatives is already assisting you via email and will continue to help resolve your concerns. Based on the information provided, the bed was found to be within our quality standards and not defective.
