A very unsatisfied customer!
A very unsatisfied customer!! Placed my order on Dec 6th and today is the 20th, and it says my order is in Fairfield NJ sitting in the same place waiting for USPS. I hope someone is reading this.... yes my order # is 305058!!!!

No dogs bed to review
I ordered a dogs bed two weeks ago. One week ago, I received notification that it was on its way but its not. It has yet to be mailed to me. So, there's nothing to review.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. They will not contact by and customers cannot contact them by phone. Three email exchanges just telling us to be patient. Ordered a bed 16 days ago, and according to tracking, the bed has been sitting in a distribution center for the last 11 days. The distribution center is only an hour from my house!! At this point we asked for a refund but they will not respond about it in writing.

Seems that I got scammed.
I was very eager to order a MrFluffyFriend bed for my dog. She would love it. Sadly, it appears like MrFluffyFriend is just another internet scam, I ordered a bed and my credit card was charged. The ad stated that sales volumes were high and the item could take as long as 10-15 days. It has now been 15 days and I have not received my order. i have tried to contact their Customer Service Dept. several times but have not received any response at all. It seems that I have have lost my $59 to MrFluffy. It's a shame that I was cheated by this company. They seemed legitimate and I trusted them. I guess I just got scammed again. Be careful !! Sorry.
