The dog bed finally arrived today
The dog bed finally arrived today, Jan 17,2024. The tracking info is misleading. It says USPS is awaiting item in Homer Glen, IL, Jan 5, 2024. The item was mailed from CA🤷‍♀️. I contacted Customer Service and got a prompt reply that when USPS received the item, I’d get better tracking. I just checked the tracking and it still doesn’t say delivered. And so far my Boxer still hasn’t approached the bed.

Don't waste your money
I have 2 Golden Retrievers, so ordered an XXL. There is no support to this bed! I coaxed each of them into it but neither one stays for more than 30 seconds. I'm glad to read that some dogs like it, but mine don't. Returns are to China so shipping costs alone will discourage, going to take the 15% refund and call it a lesson learned.

Bad night's sleep
I got my cockapoo this bed it was fine at first but the stuffing in the middle of the bed as broken down. He would not stay in it through the night. He would get on our bed that's something he never did. I,ve just open the bed up and all the stuffing was in bits . I,ve just restuff it with a new pillow and he got in it and went to sleep.

Not great I’m afraid
Not great I’m afraid. Not really worth the money even with 50% discount. Took ages to arrive and cheap quality, can’t see it lasting very long. I ordered XL but barely big enough for my mid size Lurcher. I’ve had to put it inside his old bed as he just rolls off it. It’s doesn’t keep him in as it’s quite thin too. I can see it being a waste of money longer term.

I received the bed today
I received the bed today, which took awhile. I ordered the biggest one possible. The picture does not match what I received. I have two chocolate labs which I thought per picture would fit them both. It doesn’t even really fit my biggest lab.

Buyer be aware !
Buyer be aware ! Per this sites instructions I followed completely . Ordering a large bed for my 37 lb dog . Took weeks to receive . At best this should be for 15-20 lb dog. I immediately sent request for refund ( per their stated information and included picture of dog toy to illustrate size /depth ) received apology and would not accept return . I’ve used Serta beds for my dogs ranging 30-100 lbs ., decided to try as when site reviews were great ., But they don’t post Trust Pilot reviews which are low . I will go back to Serta

Je rejoins les avis mitigés des autres clients. Après une commande passée le 6 décembre, 2 mails avec mon numéro de commande et aucune réponse même dans les spams je me pose des questions sur la fiabilité du site. J'espère encore recevoir les 2 coussins commandés mais certainement pas avant Noël 😒.

I am on the fence as to good or bad
I am on the fence as to good or bad. My golden doodle will not lay on the bed. He really likes to chew on the rim, sling it in the air. he never really lays in it, he likes to stretch out and this bed is round. I thought it would be big enough, I ordered the xtra large. So now I have an overpriced bed that will probably be in shreds in a few weeks. any tips as to how to get him to try out?
