Hi Verj, we're sorry to hear that you feel this way. Please note that our dog sofa is vacuum-packed for shipping, so it needs some time to expand and regain its full shape and size after unpacking. It also requires fluffing to help evenly distribute the filling and achieve its intended comfort. Ciao Maria Rosaria, Ci dispiace sinceramente che tu abbia avuto questa impressione del nostro tappetino rinfrescante. Vorremmo chiarire che il nostro tappetino è progettato per dissipare il calore corporeo dell'animale, quindi non risulta freddo al tatto come un tappetino refrigerato con ghiaccio o gel precedentemente raffreddato. L'effetto rinfrescante si attiva quando il cane vi si sdraia, aiutando a disperdere il calore in eccesso. Comprendiamo che la soluzione proposta non abbia soddisfatto le tue aspettative e ci dispiace sinceramente per questo. W przypadku poduszki uspokajającej chętnie prześlemy pomocny film instruktażowy pokazujący, jak prawidłowo ją złożyć i przygotować do użytkowania. Film ten często pomaga rozwiać pierwsze wrażenia po rozpakowaniu produktu i pozwala uzyskać jego właściwy kształt oraz komfort. It is not designed to feel ice-cold like a mat that has been placed in a refrigerator or freezer, but rather to help draw away excess body heat and provide a cooling effect through contact.
