I ordered it on 12/07/24 I still have not received my x-large fluffy dog bed yet, this is why I gave this score I was hoping to have it by Christmas I paid 89.00 for it the extra large dog bed, and the money has already been taken out out my account,

I placed my order almost a month ago still have not received my order yet tried the USPS tracking number and indicates no order exists

I order the bed on 12/4/24 and it is 12/22/24 and the bed has not arrived!!!! Are you F----ing kidding me! Man you people suck! I will never buy s--t from your organization again. Where did you ship it from Mars! Come on man!

BEWARE BUYERS!!! I highly suggest you do not buy from this company. It’s a SCAM! I still haven’t received my dog bed I ordered from weeks ago. I reached out to the customer service through an email due to this company having no phone number to call. They responded by a generic explanation from their website. USPS sent me an email stating the company didn’t pay for postage and will not be delivered. I sent this company with all the information showing the bed was not delivered. I reached out a few other times and got no response. Everything they say on their website is a bunch of bs. Don’t believe anything they say. I tried to resolve this issue but they would rather ignore me. I even gave extra money for a donation. I see how they appreciate their customers. NOT!!! Everyone who is thinking about ordering something from them, I would think twice about it. Don’t give this scandalous company any of your hard earned money. Order it from a reputable company where their customers are actually important to them. Learn from my experience with mrfluffyfriend. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY! If I can prevent others from being scammed here, then I don’t mind losing out on the money I paid for the bed. I can then say my money went to a good cause.

Well, I would love to tell you about my experience but I STILL haven't received the beds I ordered on Dec. 6th and as far as I can tell they have been sitting in the exact same place, no movement from USPS since Dec. 9, 13 DAYS!!!! I can't get anyone at MrFluffy to respond to my emails and there is NO phone number. I'm going to call my bank and have them cancel the order due to non-fulfillment and re-issue me my money so I can buy my poor old dog a bed from somewhere else! I bought two of these and I'm out $128 + shipping with a company who refuses to help me! This stinks!!
