Scam? shipping time is unacceptable
The shipping time is unacceptable. Two beds ordered and they’ve been sitting in a warehouse since Dec 14th. Today is Dec 23. No indication they’ll ever turn these over to USPS for delivery. Starting to feel like I’ve been scammed!

Worst online buying Ive ever done
Worst online buying Ive ever done. I should have known from the start when I clicked the cheap poorly put together ad that took me to the Crappy poorly built website. Said 5-7 days for shipping but when Ive tracked the package for the last 10 days USPS says "waiting on the package to be handed over to USPS. So fluffyfriends printed the sticker for the package so they could pretend oh look we are working so hard, but now 15 days later Still says the same thing on the tracking USPS waiting to be giving the package. When i emailed asking whats up got another lie they they are just "waiting on USPS to pick it up. " And they told me "the tracking on USPS site prob hasnt updated yet give it a few days to update" The problem with those lies is thats not how USPS tracking system works. it dont take days to update it updates as soon as they scan the package which they havent cause Fluffy friend sucks and hasnt gave them the package. USPS works everyday stop trying to blame them for your slackness is pretty funny. Dont buy from here just get in your car and go to a store you can walk in and buy from biggest mistake ever. Just checked the tracking still says USPS waiting to be giving the package from FluffyFriends. Maybe Ill get this stuff in 2025.

Disgusted for Christmas
I purchased an item for my dog on Dec 8th for Christmas. When I purchased this item, standard shipping was .. I believe 4-7 days. A shipping label was created on the 9th and the item arrived at the shipping facility on the 12th. Today, the 23rd, it's still sitting in the same place. When I contacted Mr. Fluffy I was simply told shipping could take up to 22 days. NOT as advertised at all. Needless to say, today I will going out and purchasing a similar item and will be returning this one when it EVENTUALLY does arrive

Delivery problem
I would love to leave a review, but my order has not been delivered as of Dec 23rd. It appears to have been stuck in Illinois since Dec 17th. Confirmation was received on Dec 9th.

I have not received the dog bed yet
I have not received the dog bed yet, but the money came out on the 10th from my bank account so I don’t want to review it and I would like to know when I canget my money back !if I don’t get the bed

Not happy at all still haven’t…
Not happy at all still haven’t received my dog bed, the web site says 4 days shipping and it’s been over 2 weeks so far and still no bed.
