I ordered my on December 5th and still…
Update: in was delivered. DO NOT ORDER THIS!!!! STAY AWAY!!! SMELLS LIKE CHEMICALS AND MILDEW I COULDNT EVEN FULLY TAKE IT OUT OF THE BAG!!! NOTHING LIKE PICTURED!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!! AND I AM OUT ALL THAT MONEY!! THEY MAKE YOU WAIT OVER 30 DAYS SO YOU CANT DISPUTE IT EITHER AND CANT RETURN IT BECAUSE NO ONE AMSWERS YOU!! I ORDERED 2 AND GOT ONE BUT CHARHED FOR 2!! STAYYYYYYYY AWAYYYYYY PLEASEEEEE!!!!! I ordered my on December 5th and still have yet to receive it. I get no response from customer service. And when tracking it tells me it's been at the same place for over 11 days. I ordered 2 of them and got none. And still CAN NOT get a response from them.

AVOID their ads
AVOID their ads! Scam. I placed my order back on December 4. Nothing. Had to contact my credit card company. No apologies or action taken on this companies part.

After almost a month still waiting on Order
I ordered a dog bed several weeks ago, December 2nd to be exact and I still haven’t received my order. When I tracked it the order supposedly is sitting at the USPS Depot for almost 3 weeks. At this point I highly recommend not ordering anything from this company. It may be legit but I question how true that is. There is no customer service number. I will never order anything from them again - worst experience ever.

Waiting....got it and it's cheap quality
Waiting....Waiting..... Order from November 11 still not shipped. No customer service phone number. Can't blame Canada post on this one Update: finally recieved the bed but these things are very low quality. If you were to drop something hard in the center, you would hear it hit the floor. They look fluffy and soft but the fluffiness is all air....your dog might as well be laying on the floor.
