Same as other 1 Star complaints
Same as other 1 Star complaints. Ordered, received tracking numbers stated the USPS is awaiting delivery of products. Emailed Mr Fluffy Friend with no response. Contacted credit card company and received my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

We ordered a bed for our dog on…
We ordered a bed for our dog on December 4. We have not received the bed nor any updates regarding delivery. Very disappointing The only number we have relative to the order is DXB023WT but the vendor says they cannot find the order or tracking number and there is no telephone number to call. Very poor service. Wonder if I am out $69?

5 stars for marketing, 0 stars for shipping speed
I would love to leave a stellar review but would need to receive the product first in order to do so. I placed an order for 2 beds on 12/6 and 3 weeks later, shipment is still stuck somewhere 'in transit.' Reading reviews now to find I'm not alone (so at least I'll receive the product...eventually?) What I am receiving however are a bunch of marketing emails trying to sell me more stuff, asking me to leave a review, or asking that I "share the love" with other pet lovers. Still waiting for my dog bed
Still waiting for my dog bed. Glad I get to leave a review. Better communication and better tracking is recommended. A 7-15 day shipping was estimated and today is day 15. I’m sure it will be here today. One tracking says it’s in Illinois and one says Could not find order. Wonderful
