I would leave absolutely no stars for this company. Same issue as many others. I ordered a dog bed from them on December 9th, today is December 26th closer to December 27th really! I have reached out twice to check on the status of my order and both times have been told not to worry my order is making its way through USPS and to give it a few more days! I call BS, the tracking # I was given only after I inquired the 1st time, has not moved from Elk Grove Village, IL since December 14th. Common sense would tell you on December 23rd, my last inquiry that there is an issue. I know USPS has issues but nothing moves this slow through their system. I have sent a final email tonight letting them know to cancel my order. I could have ordered a bed similar to theirs through Amazon and would have received it 3 times or more by now. Contacting CC company tomorrow to dispute the charge! Lesson learned again, don’t fall for anything advised on Instagram! My guess is the bed is coming from China and that is why it is taking so long!

Another disgruntled customer. I have no bed for my dog and it has been sitting in transit in Illinois since 12/15. I ordered it 12/14. No sign of it I emailed NUMEROUS times. I’m still waiting for a response.

I ordered 2 dog beds December 14th, 2024. It is now December 26th and I haven't received anything, except an annoying email telling me to be patient. Lousy customer service chastising a customer who has not received their order in 12 days and still ongoing as not received! Won't recommend them, or buy anything from them again! Shame on them!
