Well the pillow was not worth the money and so i told them that my opinion it was junk and they first offered my 15% of my money back and keep the pillow. I said no way could not accept such an offer. So they said well you have to pay to ship it back. So then they offered me 30% and keep it so i went ahead and took it. But do not buy these pillows. They are flat. They don’t have enough stuffing in them to keep your fur baby from basically just laying on the floor. Big waste of $67 of my money! Signed, NOT AT ALL HAPPY!!

The beds seemed to take a long time to arrive. Unfortunately one of my dogs burst open her bed and managed to take a lot of the stuffing out within a couple of days so I removed the other bed. The other dog liked the bed I’d removed so I managed to put that on her bed for about a week, but the first dog decided to eat that too. So both beds are in the bin within 3 weeks of receiving them

Not much cushion. Website does a poor job showing colors so it is a bit of a guessing game. I guessed wrong. My dog uses it occasionally but still prefers her cheaper Costco bed.

The bed took a while to arrive but was loved by my dog even though it is not as thick as it looked in the picture. For the price I could have got something locally which is as good but overall an OK purchase

Delivery took a month which was a bit longer than I expected but not that big of a problem. The pet bed itself was a disappointment. It looks really nice but, lacks the firm support on the edges of the bed in the video and the base is very lumpy. All efforts to smooth it out have failed. Having pointed out the faults, my Son's dog loves it but, was it worth $121? That would be a definite No

I like the dog bed, and my dog really likes it but it took forever to get! I emailed them a couple times and they didn’t seem too concerned

For the price, it is not what I expected. It is very flimsy and thin. My dogs don't use it at all.

If I could give 2 separate reviews, I would. For the dog bed, I would give a 3. Based on the ad/ description, I was expecting a very soft, thick and fluffy bed our dogs would sink in to (FYI, we ordered an XL size). The bed arrived squished in a plastic envelope; once you open the package it sort of "poofs" out and expands. Unfortunately, the interior padding was not, in my opinion, worth the money spent and did not look like the photos. The "fur" is very soft and the grey is a nice color, but for the money, the inside should be more of a thick and soft foam (like a Tempur-Pedic mattress!), but whatever it is just bunches up to one side so our dog is constantly pawing it to get it under him. I did try to return, but you will have to ship it back to China (even though it arrived to me from New Jersey). So, I'm stuck with it. On the other hand, the customer service was surprisingly helpful and extremely responsive. Every email I sent received a quick response and they did offer a discount in lieu of the return. Customer Service agent Rose was very kind and wonderful to deal with (even when I explained my extreme unhappiness with having to return the item to China). So, she gets a 5/ 5. All in all, I would not recommend this product; lesson learned sometimes it's better to check things out in person.
