The first bed I purchased was beautiful…
The first bed I purchased was beautiful and my Chocolate Lab loved it so I purchased another bed. Same exact bed. When I received it I realized that it was different than the first one. It was flatter and not as cushioned and full as the first one that I bought.

I ordered the small fluffy mat for my dog. It's thinner than I thought it would be and I would not buy again as I think it is overpriced for what it is.

I bought the cover for the couch and it was way too small
I bought the cover for the couch and it was really small. I thought it would fit at least a two-seater but it only fit one seat. I was not happy with the size and I got the biggest size they had. I think when you explain the product you should probably let people know that it will only fit one seat on the couch. I was very disappointed. When explaining my situation to the company they did help me out. Not only did they give me some money back but they also gave me a discount on my next product which I was very happy with

Small bed for small dogs good; large round bed doesn't hold up to washing. originally ordered a bed that was too…
I originally ordered a bed that was too small, but my dog seemed to make it work. When my friend's small dog took an interest in Mindy's bed, I gave it to my friend and ordered the larger round bed. The dog loves it, but it is too large for anything but an industrial washer, which means a laundromat at $10 a wash. By the second wash the center section was collapsed and useless, so I ordered a new bed with the washable cover, which my dog shows no interest in using. It's flat and it's clear she loves beds with raised sides. Good for small dogs; not so much for over 50 lb dogs who desire a raised edge.

I ordered a large bed for my husky. The bed is so small for a cat. Not happy with size descriptions. The company provided options to insure my happiness. They succeeded.

Smart Looking
I've bought a few things for my pets from Mr Fluffy Friend and I've been very pleased. The harnesses took a wlhile to come and are fairly stiff so not too comfortable for my wee ones to wear. They will become more flexible with use, I'm sure. They look nice. I didn't want a name but found that I couldn't find where to say that on the web site. It's very difficult to comment about Mr fluffy friend online so I'll say what I want here. I bought a new bed mat which h was supposed to be cal.ing. it is quite hard and my dogs dont like it. I looked to comment on the website but couldn't find any way to contact the suppliers. Perhaps I'm not finding the correct link. The bedmat is hard and inflexible, not like the lovely circular calming dog beds. It's now far too late to send thd beds ba k so I'm resigned to sleeping them.

Ich war erstaunt, dass das Paket direkt aus China kam. MrFluffyFriend.de macht den Anschein, als wäre es ein deutsches Unternehmen. Wenn ich das Produkt direkt über Ali Express oder Wish bestellt hätte, hätte ich wohl weniger als einen Drittel dieses Preises bezahlt. Preis/Leistung stimmt demzufolge nicht! Der Kundendienst ist top!! Wir haben eine Lösung gefunden..

Return requests totally ignored
No one will respond to my request for return information. I have sent messages for over ten days. My 30 day return window is expiring. I must have a reply. It is not legal to promise return responses then totally snub a customer. I will take all action to avoid being penalized because your company completely ignores the messages I am sending UPDATE. response received Thank you
