My purchase was discounted more a few days later and I was told that I couldn’t get a price adjustment nor could they simply refund me over the phone and charge the new discounted price. They also told me this was their policy but their policy they spoke of was never listed online. First and last purchase with this company!

Very happy with my blow mold Christmas tree. Shipping was fast and although box was a bit damaged the tree was in perfect shape. Cant wait to put it up!

My kids ordered two worlds fair Xmas village pieces. The merry go round & Ferris wheel. The Ferris wheel motor squeaked. The merry go round had glue all over it !! No one cared that there were things wrong with these pieces. They would not send shipping labels, we had to pay to send them back It was $95 shipping ! I will never order anything from this company again ! BUYER BEWARE. !!!!!!

The worst customer service ever. Do not order from here. I received an item smashed into pieces have emailed them several times since December 18th with no resolution and not even a response. There is no phone number to speak to a human on their website.

My items arrived what looked liked aged and used. They refused to furnish me a return label and wanted me to pay for return shipping or items I received in such poor shape. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges since they were unwilling to furnish any help other than me coming out of my pocket
