Mr. ChristmasReviews of mrchristmas.com

I have two items that are Mr Christmas items. One of them has a recall for due to fire hazard the other one is a lot right laser show that won't work won't show anything on the wall horrible. Then I call the repair guy that they gave me the number for and it's on their website and he no longer is taking orders or doing repairs for 2025 at Christmas time nor is he taking any more items to repair for 2026. So I guess I'm just stuck with these two items that I paid a lot for and now I can't get them fixed they won't replace them and nor do I have my original receipt so that's a big problem in their eyes this is a horrible company I'd never buy nothing from them again they don't stand by their items they sell

Great experience and I love it!!

I sent an email to customer service because I believe something is broken. It’s been over three days and I have still yet to get a response.

Love our new Christmas carousel!

Good quality on the blow mold! It looks so pretty. Clear instructions for care and storage. Good communication from Mr. Christmas. Will purchase from them again.

Exactly what I wanted and my grandkids will love it !!

Couldn’t get refund after Amazon told me it’s third party seller have to go through them

Of the vintage wreath, the artwork is low resolution and does not look good printed at the scale it is. Can’t tell from the photos online, but if you’re a discerning, visual person you will not like this. Ok for the price.
