From order to receipt, everything was perfect. Love the carousel with Swarovski crystals and the ability to change lighting (white or multi-color). The volume can be adjusted up or down even to no sound. Exceeded my expectations and will enjoy it for many holidays to come!! I bought a Christmas toy chest back in 1994, bring it out every year for the holidays and it's still in perfect condition!

I have submitted numerous emas over an item that was delivered shattered. One response came back asking for information I had already sent. Responded immediately with requested information again. No response. Many more emails. New response today was information for a repair company. This item needs replaced. It's supposed to be a gift. Order 60376. Pink tree. Shattered in delivery.

Ordered fast and its a beautiful 24 inch ceramic tree with RGB lighting.

The quality is poor, and one of the three items arrived damaged. It’s not close to what I expected - lesson learned.
