FANTASTIC PRODUCT! Love my new Christmas Blow Mold. Exactly as pictured, super fun & festive, will be a great addition to my holiday decor. It was packaged well & shipped quickly.

Before I purchased an item I emailed the support department asking if the musical light controller was "new" or refurbished. They replied that all their products are new. When I ordered I was given a code for 15% off on my 1st purchase but upon checkout I got an invalid code message. I purchased anyway because I wanted it. The item came in a box that was in perfect condition. There were scrapes and scratches all over the item. The power cord had tape on it that was some safety warning but was unreadable as it was obviously old. There was more tape on the cord that was blank. The entire unit had dirt and organic (wood slivers?) in corners and the stake retainer. The 3 position song style control would only turn to 2 styles. The unit was silent at any volume setting. The lights would blink once when power was turned on then remain off regardless of lighting style choice. There was more tape on the back of the unit that was fuzzy where something had been pulled off of it. This was on order #77623 and when I had tried to purchase one on Amazon they specifically required that I recognise it was a used unit. That was my reason for my original inquiry to Mr. Christmas that was answered so dishonestly. I had an earlier (90's) version that eventually wore out and was happy to see the updated units have 8 more songs included but now I am just disappointed with the entire event. The item is much higher priced than similar products from other vendors but this attempted purchase was based on the experience I had with my previous unit.

Quality of product

Nice wreaths with reflectors and silver tinsel. I did think the wreaths were somewhat overpriced for the materials they were made from. I also purchased a matching tree topper star. I bought the items because they reminded me of my grandparents holiday decorations. As a little girl my grandpa let me choose the combination of reflectors for the lights. The shipping was fast.

The Christmas items are so very beautiful. They are build to last a long time!!
