I had tried to contact for days prior to my package going out (including emails sent as soon as the order was placed) that my address was wrong in the app used and no reply back. Finally got a rep on the phone to find that there was nothing they could do for the product I am already paying for, which was sent to the wrong address, and now sits in limbo in New Hampshire with no idea whether it will be forwarded or returned. Having worked for a company that shipped internationally, there is always something you can do prior to pick up by the carrier to avoid these issues. And of course communication is key, which there was none. Still waiting for a solution for product paid for and not received.

I love everything that we have purchased. We have even taken advantage of the great sales to purchase many gifts. The only disapproval is items that are out of stock. When you sign up for re stock notification, they may only have a few and yet they send out the notification for everyone. Five times on in stock items get kicked out of the shopping cart.

How about doing a Miami hurricane’s box for 2026 for CFC. A lot of fans would like it. Make it in USA
