NEVER AGAIN!... no parts required! Just under $300 & I still can’t use it!! My grandson had totally taken my dryer apart to attempt to fix it because it was squealing! Yesterday, Mr appliance came out to put it together, and fix the squeal. I went downstairs to put some laundry in this AM. He didn’t even attach the Hose?? Seriously.... I am a Senior! Did he expect me to climb up on the Dryer to hook it up! Ridiculous!

Called them out to fix my gas oven. Was told it needed parts and they would contact us when the parts arrived. Also told not to use the oven until fixed. 8 days later and no response so I called them. I was told the engineer closed the ticket and didn't order any parts. Thanks Mr Appliance. Not a fan of microwave food.

I should have read other reviews prior to calling Mr. Applaince. I thought Sears was overpriced for service, but Mr. Applaince is about a third higher than the going rate. I will never, ever call them again. They don't charge by the hour to keep you from knowing their price until they make the service call, then you have to pay for the sometimes unneeded trip even if you refuse their high price. Quite the gimic...

I would give zero stars if possible. Unreliable, impossible to reach, and they couldn't care less about their customers. Terrible service!

My Samsung washing machine would not spin, so I call Mr. Appliance. 6 trips out, 5 weeks without a washing machine, and nearly $ 800 to repair it. Stay away from Mr. Appliance

Beware! Do not call Mr. Appliance for any service. This company is a fraud! The repairman who check my dishwasher told me it's just dirty he spent less than half hour. Altho I doubt him i thought I trusted him and paid $199 for half hour. Soon as he left I use the dishwasher got the same issue. Detergent I put don't dissolve and dishes still comes out dirty. I called Mr. Appliance to bring the issue that wasn't resolve. I spoke with very unprofessional and rude receptionist (need to take lesson with phone manners) she told me they guaranteed the service for one year. Another repairman was sent May 3rd. His diagnosis the dishwasher need new motor. I told him it was the same issue to begin with but the first repairman was so in a hurry to rip off more people and that did not diagnosed the problem correctly.. I want a refund for the service that was not deliver. I will not let this scammers to take more money from me. I want other people out there not to trust this incompetent, dishonest people. They have a nerve to send me a bill of $600 plus for getting the second repairman diagnose my dishwasher. Mr. Appliance you should be ashame! All of you scammers on this Pandemic taking advantage of people. Before you call read the reviews before contacting this company. You will be glad you did. That was a big mistake I made by not checking the review of this lousy company. By writing this review I know I help some people out there. Better to buy new appliance instead of calling this company to avoid distress and great big frustration. Don't get me wrong I believe there are company out there that are honest just not this one. ****BEWARE OF OVERPRICE PARTS AND INCOMPLETE SERVICE.**** I wish I can give a negative star. My LG refrigerator's ice machine broke. I was suggested to call someone else but google ads got in the way and I made a mistake and called them instead (lesson learned: double-check the number). I only found out after I had a poor experience (robbed) and found familiarity with other customers' complaints. The service was friendly, but he tried to charge me the $99 service fee and leave by telling me that I just need to defrost my fridge because he assumed the water tube was frozen. I keep asking him why my motor wasn't moving. He finally examines the issue to find that the motor was bad. He assured me he ordered the module for ~$240 and when he arrived with the part it was just the motor (I check on his website later to be ~$60) plus $99 labor. This is a 400% markup on parts. I called customer service for this issue and dishonesty on what they charged me. Their response in short was they provide warranty services and this is what they charge and there is nothing I can do about it. After replacing the motor, the ice maker was still broken. The tech called for help and was told to examine the controller board on top of the door and to his surprise, it smelled burnt. So he orders this part with labor for an additional ~$114. After replacing with a new board, the motor still won't turn because per tech the board wasn't broken as he originally suspected. Although I've already gone this far with them I would have had them exchange the part for another broken part. But there is no return or exchange on any parts and I'll continue to pay parts that may or may not be broken. Now I'm stuck with the brand new overpriced part. The biggest problem with the tech is that he did not take the time to do a diagnostic on the problem he just looked around and tells me to defrost. The Price is extreme as they overcharged me 400% for the part and billed additionally for the labor of $99. Then the problem was still not fixed as I'm continually being charged for parts and labor. To add on, this comes with the worst call service as they continue to passive-aggressively tell me I sign knowing fully their policy and blamed me for the outcome. The truth is that I paid for a service that wasn't completed. BEWARE OF OVERPRICE PARTS AND INCOMPLETE SERVICE.

I scheduled an appointment online as prompted. The email confirmation gave a date with a time window of 12-5:00. Ok, that isn't uncommon. BUT I needed to cancel the service call and reschedule. I left my name and number and request. Not a word from anyone. I have no clue if anyone will show up tomorrow or not. Leaving a note on the door. Will attempt to find another appliance repair in the area.
