Very easy installation, very straight-forward configuration and setup. R5 i bough have sufficient power for me and overhelms the wheel stand that i have. I really love ability to connect R5 pro with all the equipment by just a single usb to the PC. Delivery was a bit unexpected. Even though i ordered several packages in one order they all came separatelly and at different days. Prolonged waiting to collect set was not really great, but it is what it is

High quality truckwheel with Impressionen tactile feel and an attractive look. Forcefeedback and functions are impressive.

Overall very good time with the R5 bundle I got 3 years ago that is still going strong. Recently I brought the KS Pro wheel and while it has been very good, it does rattle a bit in high frequency vibrations which for such a premium product I have been a bit disappointed by. The software is very good but does have some bugs in my experience. If I exit the app it sometimes leaves an image of the loading screen stuck on my second monitor that won’t go away without restarting my pc (even when I end the task in task manager)

Great Equipment for a Great Price… I think i will stay with Moza for SIM-Racing and Sim-Flight :)

I ordered your products almost 2 months ago. It took a few weeks to get one of the items which is understandable. But there were no updates during that 2 weeks. I had to reach out. The response I received was a generic one, stating the products were in back order, and proceeded to list the dates the items would ship. However the dates listed, were all in the past. I finally received an updated email with updated current dates. Well. The 2nd item of 4 shipped within the updated dates. That was a month ago. I still have yet to receive the last 2 items of my shipment. And I am still getting told they will ship soon. Only after I have to send nearly a dozen emails trying to get an update. Moza has decent products, but their customer service isn’t worth the products. If you can get it at a direct retailer. Sure try the products. But if you have to order online. Expect the game you are playing to be outdated by the time you get the equipment.

I have an order number 26141554. Product bought 1 month ago, money taken , not being delivered. This company is a ghost company: no phone number, no customer service. Probably will need to go police to get my refund back. Do not buy from their website, it is a good design on their webpage , but they are definitely a scam.

Over all, no issue with the product or quality. Haptic device is good, once you read instruction, no issue with installation. Works well, I like the new feelings I got since adding it. Can mention, that delivery sometime takes quite a while, but thats more a side note then a problem.

I had an excellent experience. The shopping experience was smooth. The delivery also went off without a hitch. Once again, I received the product faster than the estimated delivery date. Thanks to the packaging and the included accessories, installation was a pleasure. The quality of the products remains excellent. The materials used are premium quality, as is the assembly of the components.
