10/10, best simulator&racing gear

Die Produkte sind qualitativ hochwertige und sehr gut, sie haben sehr viel Potential. Auch die neuen PHF habe ich getestet , die sind sehr gut , etwas zu schlecht verarbeitet dadurch entstehen recht laute lauf Geräusche wenn mann sie zu stark betreibt , die Kraft ist aber voll ausreichend. Die software ist bei moza das einzige Problem, die phf können immer nur in ihrer fest eingesetzten frequenz arbeiten... Wenn mann einen motor simuliert sollten sie aber entsprechend dem lauf tackt arbeiten und eine motor karateristik hat die Eigenschaft nicht linea zu sein. Im stand idle sollte mann sehr starke intensive Vibrationen haben bei steigender drezahl müsste sich die Vibrationen etwas zurücknehmen dafür hochfrequenter werden. Wenn ich Zugang zu den rohen build daten hätte könnte ich euch das ordentlich programmieren. Liebe Grüße

The product from Moza are pretty solid, they are well made for their price. I enjoy the build quality they offer compared to their competition as well as making the market more competitive. However, they have a seriously bad Customer support and shipping problems. From an order of 2 items, one of them I received in a reasonable time period. The second item, was on their product page with "estimated shipping at x" their 'estimation' got updated TWICE after I placed the item; AFTER it overshot their estimation date. And their support... is horrible. They estimate responses in 48 hours (which is already bad) but my current ticket with them has been live for 5 days without a response. On the back end they have 'created' the label to UPS so their delivery page would update; after I created my ticket. Just to clarify, it's likely someone read my ticket, and their delivery team created a label to give the illusion that my package is in a moving status, but still haven't responded to my ticket at all (and afaik the package still doesn't even exist, just the label). Finally, ordering. For the USA store they accept payment through shop. Which I had payment problems for my Moza product. I'm not going into detail; but my payments ended up hanging, and I had to contact support even trying to give them my money. (Support took 48 hours, and *at first* gave me a generic response) If you browse online you get very similar complaints as to mine. So if you plan on buying a Moza product; Expect shipping to be widely inaccurate, expect little to no support and goodluck making a proper payment. My review is going into 1 star, not for the product's but so people hopefully get a good look before they buy. P.S: I made a trustpilot account for the first time ever; to write this review.

I AM NOT AN EX CUSTOMER OR PLAN TO BE AN EX CUSTOMER- THE MOZA PRODUCTS ARE FANTASTIC. I ONLY HAVE ISSUES WITH SHIPPING AND INFOMATION ABOUT SHIPPNG. TRUSTPILOT INSERTED THE "EX", I DIDN'T- MAYBE I'M AN EX TRUSTPILOT CUSTOMER??? Short and sweet- the products are AMAZING and I have nothing but praise- BUT The entire shipping experience is TERRIBLE! I ordered more gear (bringing my total spent at MOZA in last year to WELL OVER 1000$ US I ordered on the 2nd of Oct, here it is the 17th, I was told 'out for delivery' on the 14th- NOTHING, NADA, not a peep. It seems every time I order from MOZA it is the same thing- I am out in the dark, I have no idea where the gear is shipping from, they have no idea when I could actually get the gear and they just NEED to be better at this.

Most of my sim racing gear is from MOZA, with the exception of my wind sim and BDH shifter. I’m glad I chose MOZA as I dove deeper into the hobby, especially having owned Logitech and Fanatec products in the past. I appreciate MOZA because it offers an excellent balance of quality and price; sim racing is not a cheap hobby, but MOZA makes it much more attainable. I'm particularly looking forward to acquiring their upcoming motion platform, which is yet another great example of how MOZA keeps bringing desirable products to market at extremely competitive pricing. I can't wait for future product announcements to further improve my racing experience.

The unit itself is awesome. Putting it to get her is easy. insulation of software not so much. I had to delete several times before I could get the configure screens to work. None of the buttons work without manually adding them in DCS and the right DDI buttons will not add at all manually. The comm radio display will not light up. Whatever is supposed to go on in the background to put the programming in DCS is giving me a lot of difficulties. I've watched hours of review and instillation videos on you tube. I also messaged the help center and never heard back from anyone.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic equipment and one very happy son! I bought my son’s entire sim racing setup from MOZA, and it has been a fantastic choice. He’s delighted with it, and I keep adding more MOZA products as his needs grow and new things catch his eye. Seeing how much he enjoys his setup makes every purchase worthwhile. He wouldn’t consider switching to another brand now, and from our experience, I can understand why. For us, MOZA is the best choice for sim racing. Highly recommended to anyone who loves racing — or any parent looking to make their racing enthusiast happy!

I purchased the Moza CS V2P wheel because I needed a round wheel for drifting and rallying I've got the GS V2P GT wheel, TSW Truck wheel and ESX wheel but didn't have a round wheel until now, I would definitely recommend 💯 👍
