The R5 bundle and ES formula wheel mod are the first Moza Products I’ve purchased and I must say that I’m very impressed with the quality of and materials used. The Pithouse software is easy to navigate even though there is a bit of a learning curve to get the FRB settings dialed in.

I made a mistake with my email address and never received a confirmation email or shipping confirmation after my purchase. Moza's customer service team were highly helpful, very responsive, and were able to send me confirmations and shipping information. Once I received my simracing gear, it was high-quality and very, very fun to use.

Ordered the AB FFB Base which arrived within a few days. The quality of the product is first class so l wasted no time ordering the MTO Throttle and panel. Unfortunately the items have been shown as ‘awaiting pickup’ for a week now. I’m at a loss to know why! Moza’s communication has been adequate but could be much better. If Moza’s proccessing and communication services were as good as their products l’d be awarding 5 stars.

UK purchase. Ordered Moza R9 base and ESX wheel. Purchase was straight forward and items arrived quickly within the expected time frame. I had read on forums of some experiences of long shipping times for UK orders, but I think things are much better now and items are dispatched from a UK hub rather from abroad (found this out in their FAQ’s before ordering). Very happy with the product and quality, highly recommended! Brilliant value for money!!!

Despite the many negative reviews I've seen about Moza online, I had no issues on my end. I ordered the R3 Bundle for Xbox and PC, ES Formula wheel plate, and the upgraded brake pedal spring. All packages were received when they said they would be, well packaged, no issues. I will definitely order from Moza again.

The product quality is amazing for the price. I've the r3 bundle for xbox, and is enought power for enjoy your gameplay for several hours. Totally recomended 👌👌

I was actually surprised with how my orders were treated. I've seen a lot of negative reviews all over the internet saying that it took many time for Moza to ship the orders and stuff like that. But its all over their website the estimated times and it's all pretty clear if you just read. For the payment I always use PayPal, so I didn't have any issues. I've bought from them two times and I'm surprised by the time it took to arrive. I live in a remote area, in Portugal islands, and it just took about two weeks to arrive and it came from China, even after customs it was much cheaper than buying from Portugal stores. I bought R3 bundle and the SRP Lite performance kit, SRP Lite kit came from Germany but I ordered some days after but both arrive on same day.

No complaints, enjoying my sim after having a cheap Logitech setup a few years ago. All works well. Didn't take too long to ship to Japan.
