Had some Trakracer M6 bolts snap in my Moza wheelbase. The threads were fine, but half the bolt remained stuck at the top of the threads. Moza originally offered to repair the product for $60 USD, but then gave me a shipping label that would expire in a week, said it cannot be regenerated and that they'd need my wheelbase for weeks. To top it all off, they then said suddenly they couldn't repair it, and didn't give any advise for how to fix it.

Ordered the Moza KS, it came fast and works amazing. The quality of it is also amazing. Highly customizable

I bought the Moza Racing R5 bundle, the shifter, pedal reinforcement, and even the truck steering wheel with the mount. I have to say it’s really worth it—worth every penny spent. The materials used are excellent and durable, and the R5 motor is phenomenal. It doesn’t overheat and delivers an epic simulation experience! I highly recommend the purchase and, of course, I suggest buying Moza’s fantastic products directly from them.

The gear is great but I've been waiting 2 months for my active pedal. Seems they could have been better prepared for the release but it is what it is.

Moza Racing – Excellent Products, Poor Support Moza’s products are outstanding. The build quality, performance, and price are hard to beat. In my opinion, they offer the best value in the market for sim racing gear. However, their customer support is a major downside—especially for customers in North America. Support is based in China, so there’s a 12-hour time difference, making communication slow and frustrating. One of the items I received was defective, which can happen with any brand. What disappointed me was that instead of offering a quick replacement, they insisted on repairing it. It's now been over 40 days, and I still don’t have the product back. Bottom line: If you want the best value and don’t mind potential delays or some hassle, order directly from Moza’s website. If you prioritize quick support and faster delivery, it's better to buy from a local retailer—but expect to pay more. Their hardware is excellent, but be prepared for a poor support experience if anything goes wrong. Even with poor support I'm still giving 5 star because their products are just amazing I ordered R5 Bundle SRP Lite Clutch pedal SRP Performance kit ES Formula Mod HGP Shifter HBP Hand brake RS V2 GS V2P GT R12 V2 Base

The quality of the product is amazing the price is outstanding! The only slight improvement I can say is to somehow improve on the shipping time otherwise it’s been absolutely amazing! Well done MOZA!
