Delivered and on time

Great quality product and customer service however my packages that I ordered at the same time arrived almost 2 weeks apart. Still loving my r5 bundle and will definitely stick with moza in the future.

A 15 week wait for flight sim hardware, DO NO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY,

Delivery times were months longer than what was stated on the website. No updates provided on delays unless you chased them. Paid for premium international delivery when they delivered the item through their local warehouse, causing further delays. No refund for the difference in cost offered. Dont recommend buying anything directly from them.

Going into doing a pre -order I figured there would be bumps in the road. Mona handled communication very well and although they did miss a few deadlines they were very good with information. Seems like it was more a supplier issue. But when I received the booster pedals was a present surprise. They were very well boxed and included all the connectors. Once I hooked them up they worked perfectly.

I have bought several moza items and very pleased. I bought 2 ab9 bases,mh16 grip,airbuss grip,ay210 base and handle,r12,cm2 dash,tsw wheel,cs v2p wheel,srp loadcell pedals, and a couple more items. Definitely top tier gear and quality!!

The moza r3 is brilliant, I haven't had mine for long but going from a g923 is like night and day, a very similar price and the r3 is very superior I would recommend this over anything else for people looking for an upgrade or people trimg to get into sim racing and even go for the r5 if you have the budget but I would recommend the r3 with clutch and shifter
