The MFY Moza yoke and its AY210 force feedback base are the best companions for Microsoft Flight Simulator. They are of excellent quality made and provide incredible immersion. The management software is very comprehensive and allows a large number and impressive settings. I received my order very quickly in a sturdy packaging that protected the products very well. MOZA's follow-up and advice were perfect throughout the ordering process. I can strongly recommend these excellent quality products that bring a huge plus to flight simulation.

Great quality, amazing products. While they may not have the largest product range but they are still new and the shipping can be quite lengthy

Picked up an R9 wheel base, CRP2 Pedals, and GS V2P GT wheel. The wheel and pedals feel great, and the Moza Pithouse software made setup a breeze. If you're thinking about upgrading to a direct drive wheel, this one is fantastic.

Great product and fast shipping, wheel and pedals are great for my setup and the whole process and descriptions made me chose this over other wheels and pedals!

tl:dr - I don't like the lack of communication from Moza when it came to delays, nor do I like the site was willfully misleading customers re: shipping times / delays the entire time I was waiting on my order. Also they shipped it to the wrong address even though I contacted them and changed my address because I had moved. I ordered the Moza MBooster Active Pedal early April, a few weeks after the launch date right around the times the US tariffs were announced. At the time of my order, the website said my order would ship within 7 business days, and estimated delivery 7-12 business days after that. Ok so 4 weeks total time at most upon initial order. Wasn't a big deal as I knew it was going to popular. Early May came and went and I reached out to Moza, they did respond and said there were production delays and a new estimated shipment could be mid may with delivery toward the end. In between the time I ordered and the time of that first communication, the processing time on the website changed twice, once to say orders would process withing 15-21 business days, with shipment still 7-12 business days, but shortly after, it changed back to the original time frame of ship within 7 business days, and delivery 7-12 business days after that. All of this was before I had even contacted them. End of May came and went and I contacted Moza two more times, and received an auto generated email response the first time, and didn't receive a response the second time. Im not sure how processing times could be extended, then brought back to their original time frame while there were production delays but alas. There was never any communication from Moza sent out willingly, only if you had contacted Moza directly. Also during this time between submitting my order in April to receiving it in June, I moved apartments and coordinated with Moza that the shipping address should be changed. Moza was very helpful and assured me it would be ship to my newly provided address. My order did eventually get shipped in mid June, and while it had to ship internationally, I did not encounter any errors, other than maybe wearing out my refresh button with willful exuberance and anticipation that on this refresh, the UPS page would change its status. However, even though Moza did assure me my address was changed (and I verified this in my account page) and the product would ship to my new address, when the MBooster did finally arrive, lo and behold the UPS picture showing the delivered package showed my previous apartment instead of my new one. Luckily, I only transferred apartments in my same building on my same floor so I could easily go and pick it up, but still if I had moved farther away, this could have been a much bigger issue. Im not sure if this was an issue with UPS, or Moza. My suggestions for Moza: If there are production delays impacting customer orders beyond the initially provided timelines, send out communication laying out the problems and when they are expected to be resolved. You have ample social media handles to convey this through and can email customers individually if their order is impacted. If those delays impact the timelines you provide on your product pages, either update them accordingly, or dont list those timelines at all. It is dishonest to list that orders for the MBooster would ship within 7 business days if there are indeed production delays / shortages for the orders that have already been submitted by customers.

This is my first entry into sim racing and I purchased my setup with Moza: R12 V2 base, RS V2 wheel, CRP2 pedals w/ performance kit. Overall the products work well and as advertised. Looking from the outside, and not really having a lot of sim racing experience, it seemed that Moza products were being promoted as a high-quality, high-performance, competitively priced product. This is all mostly true, I feel, but despite this, I will never buy another Moza product again and will actively upgrade away from the ecosystem. There were a few red flags: 1) Pit House software installing in Chinese (must have clicked through the install quick and ended up with Chinese?). 2) Overall app instability (I had to repair the install when the software window wouldn't reappear--fix was found online after others reported issues). 3) Overall app amateurish look and feel (constant dpi scaling issues on launch with 4K resolution). 4) Issue with the R12 base not providing feedback and figuring out I needed to power cycle it--wasn't reporting any issues in the app or in Windows. 5) Stitching in the RS V2 is a really large fabric texture stich with thin hard thread which feels abrash and rough against bare hands. I'm comparing this to a leather car wheel with a tight stitch pattern and supple thread that feels soft and smooth. These items alone would be acceptable and livable, although the stitching issue on the wheel is still annoying at times. However, the reason I will never be a Moza customer again and will actively steer my friends away from it is the lack of QC, manufacturing standards, and hostile customer service. My gripe is with the yellow center mark at the top of the center axis of the wheel. It's off-center a few degrees and visually a poor reference for center. I have owned the setup for a couple weeks to get my bearings and I was more excited to get into sim racing than anything. However, because it's a new product and it's literally a case of lazy alignment of the leather cover, I contacted support to get it replaced. It took almost 5 days to get a response back--granted two of those days were the weekend. Fast forward a few days and after having to open a separate ticket in an entirely different ticketing portal, I get the response that I have to send the new couple weeks old wheel in for repair. I get a UPS ground label to ship it back to California (I'm in the Northeast) and they will only ship a replacement after receiving and reviewing it in the service center (again this is a brand new product with a QC problem). I asked if they could accommodate me with an advanced RMA so I wouldn't be without a $400 steering wheel with my brand new setup entirely with their products, but no they have to follow the defined service protocol. Needless to say, I have bought a different wheel from a different brand and will forget about Moza. I noticed on other customer pictures on their RS V2 wheels equally and different misaligned center marks, so it's just a pattern of poor standards and I'm probably not going to get much better anyway. Yes, the product is priced competitively, but it's still not cheap. I realize now that I would have been better off spending more and getting an actual well-designed and high standards premium product, and not a knock-off.
