My SIM experience with MOZA is this products are well-made and reasonably priced, my MOZA R5 steering wheel and pedals are ideal for newcomers starting Sim racing.

What an amazing wheel and pedal combo! Well worth the price I paid for it. I am definitely getting the shifter and handbrake next and will be upgrading to the R12 with the sales they have.

Purchased r5 pro kit arrived on time well packed good instructions easy to get started with no problems product seems to be very well constructed and a good fitment from base to wheel would recommend and am thinking about upgrading to ks wheel for gt racing

Good support and solid products. Worth investing. For beginners and more ambitious immersive sim racing enthusiasts.

The kit is excellent, works well and feels good quality. My only issues have lack of clear explanation on delivery times, had to wait 2 weeks or more for some items and they got delivered whilst I was away and left in my porch.

Great Product, Moza is the Goat

Spent $633.88 on two items, R5 Pro and FCS. Order was confirmed on Aug 27, 2026. R5 Pro arrived at my house Sep 4, 2026. Not too bad, but wait, there's more. The order then sat idle for a long time. No contact, no update, just sitting there, confirmed. I contacted them the first time via the chat they have and was told they had to get one from the manufacturer in China for their local warehouse. I was understanding and thanked them. A lot more time goes by..... I contact them again looking for an update. This time the bot tells me it's connecting me to a representative. I waited for about an hour and a half. The chat just open, waiting. So I leave it open and go handle some business. I come back, still nothing. I gave up. The next day I get a pissy email saying how they received no response in the chat and were ending it. Their reply in the chat was time stamped 6 hours after I first initiated it. So I sent them a scathing email back explaining I couldn't sit and wait on them for 6 hours to answer. Then they reply with another pissy email talking about how it takes a long time to get something from China and I'd just have to be patient. They gave me an estimated ship from China of Sep 24, 2026. So Sep 24 comes along and a UPS label was generated on it. But they didn't actually have it. So it sat that way for a week and finally on Sep 29, they hand it over to UPS. Now we all know how reliable UPS tracking numbers are, but it's suppose to be here Oct 1 now. So I spent that much money on something and was treated like shit and still don't even know if the products are worth a damn or not because I had to wait that damn long. This company is shit. I don't care how good their product might be, the company is garbage.
