There are Better Choices Out There Than MOZ! Do your Homework. I learned my lesson.

I use to think highly of Moz.com that was until I used their services. My website has been online for over 20 years and I must have over 100 citation website with addresses and phone numbers. They offer a service that correct all of your citations make sure everything is accurate and promise no duplicate listing. Well the day I made the purchased I set up my profile and information I realized that they only list a few of the websites that I have my listing on. So I sent them an email. I never received a reply. Then I found that I had a duplicate Google listing and sent them another email. Still no reply. Then I sent an email asking for a refund and I receive a prompt reply. With an answer that they do not give refunds. My mistake. I should have read some of their reviews before choosing. I am reading your response and this is so untrue. Immediately after joining, I sent an email with no response. Although I may not service customers at my address that should not mean all the citations that I have out there should not be fixed. you say it takes 3 weeks to have everything since up and no duplicates. When I saw what was going on with my Google Listing I had to stop it.

We’ve investigated the situation and did share with you a log of the messages that came from your email address and responded to those in a timely manner. For the number of directories listed, the reason you're seeing fewer of them is that you've selected the "I don't serve customers at my location". While Moz Local can support service area businesses, you will still be required to enter a business address for any managed location. Our tool needs this address to validate the service area. Once published, you can select the “I don’t serve customers at my location” checkbox, but with this option selected your business address won’t be sent from us to our partner directories. However, please keep in mind that this option changes the directories that we support for your location (this would not change if you submitted manually as there are a number of directories that simply do not support SABs). We have a section on our Help Hub just here about this - https://moz.com/help/moz-local/getting-started/service-area-businesses As for the duplicate listing, we asked for more information to help resolve the issue, if you still wish to resolve it please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help. As for refunds, unfortunately, we can't process a refund for Moz Local subscriptions. The reason behind this is that as soon as the purchase is complete, we push the listing updates to all of our partners, where Moz incurs fees for the distribution service, and there's no way to reverse this process. Before you publish, we do collect your billing information and require you to review and agree to our Terms of Use (https://moz.com/terms-of-use), which states that we're unable to process refunds for purchased listings.

A great system, but they are deceivers
Their system is actually really good. It's great for giving you suggestions for different keywords and helping you understand which keywords to target. However, when you sign up for their service, they sign you up automatically for their most expensive plan, and they hide any indication that there are cheaper plans available, that is, until you try to cancel you're account, and then they'll let you know that you can downgrade to smaller plans. They tricked me. I was deceived. Shame on them. Anyway, other than their black-hat, deceptive tactics, it's a really great program!

As for signing up, our free trial gives access to our Medium plan for free and if you don't cancel before 30 days then you are signed up to the Medium plan. Awful
Awful, I paid 129.00 and got absolutely nothing, I have a degree in advertising and I know I got nothing. I went with Bright Local and they are amazing. Stay away .
