Wonderful product, immediate client friendly client service and above all I’m satisfied.😊 Thanks MoYustore.

This is an amazing model kit, my husband is absolutely thrilled! It looks incredibly stylish and well-crafted. The delivery was perfectly timed, we received the package right before his birthday, and the battery was thoughtfully shipped separately to ensure it arrived safely in Ukraine. I want to give special thanks to the team for their outstanding service. They provided excellent support throughout the whole process and answered all my questions promptly. I will definitely be ordering again, highly recommended!

I’ve ordered several different metal 3D puzzles from Moyustore and I’ve been able to complete them all. The customer service is fantastic! Special shout out to Ms. Sophia for the excellent customer service! Moyustore is the only 3D puzzle website that I trust.

I've built many models from moyustore and all have been great to build. Some can be very challenging but I enjoy a good challenge. Never had to contact customer support until recently, when a model was missing a few parts. They responded quickly and sent me the missing parts. Top notch models and top notch customer support!

So far I have Purchased eight different metal models from Moyustore. I Absolutely love these kits! They are incredibly fun to build and they look fantastic in my decor. Shout out to Customer Service too! When one of my kits turned out to have a couple missing pieces they replied right away and sent me the parts very quickly. Highly Recommend!

Just arrived are the missing part s for my build, service was excellent arrived safely and quickly , no problems with replacement s can't fault the company with any of the process of ordering or replacing a item etc a good company.

I've built many of these metal construction kits, and they are all a challenge. But that is what sets them apart from the simple plastic construction sets that I grew up with (Lego) and still enjoy today (yes, I'm an old bloke). The assembly of my recent purchase of the Steampunk Owl (and baby) is still ongoing, but thoroughly enjoyable. Some steps do require considerable dexterity, but the end results are always superb. And on another note, I mis-used a part in the construction of a model and needed this part later on. It would've been quite a task to disassemble to retrieve the needed piece, but a quick call to MoYustore and they had some extras delivered within a week. Kudos to them.

I have purchased over 30 models from Moyustore over 2 years and have Never ever been disappointed. Fast delivery, models top quality, and expedited Customer Service on any missing pieces. Integrity based company.
