Can't get a manual for 2000 piece puzzle
My brother bought me a 2000 piece metal puzzle as a gift. It did not come with a manual. So I contacted customer support to ask for one. They said I could get one on Facebook,I do not have Facebook. They said they could not send a PDF file of it because it was too big. They tried sending a link and when I clicked the link it did not work it just says access denied. And upon the last email after the link was saying denied they are now ignoring my emails. I cannot put this 2,000 piece puzzle together which was a gift without some kind of instructions and I feel terrible because my brother spent $300 on it. The only thing you need to do to be able to improve on this is to be able to attach the manual with a PDF file as simple as that. Honestly if I can't get a manual I will be telling my brother to never waste his money on your website again.
