Notary was a no show and we didn't receive communication. We had to proactively call the company to find this out. Eventually we rescheduled to later that day and found out there was an emergency but it didn't change the experience.

Dear Customer, We're truly sorry for the negative experience you had with us. Upon reviewing the details, we found that the session was slightly delayed due to the unavailability of the notary, which we understand can be frustrating. Nevertheless, please know that customer satisfaction is our top priority. We'll take note of your feedback and use it for improvement purposes to ensure such occurrences are avoided in the future.
