The Opal GroupReviews of movrr.co

We are very happy with this notary experience. This agency was able to accommodate a last minute and short time window. Our notary was highly professional, competent, and friendly. We will definitely be future customers.

I completed a job for the Opal group in July, for the most part everything went smoothly, except the timing. Apparently I completed this job during an update to their invoice system. Because of that, there was a delay in my payment, however, they did call and apologize and let me know that it was due to the transition. The man who called me today was very kind and apologetic, my only complaint is that it had not been communicated to me sooner. They did make right with me on my invoice and assured me that this would not be happening again. As soon as they were made aware that there was a problem, they did reach out and did their best to rectify the situation. Other than the invoice issue, it was a mostly positive Experience.

These people were actually nicer than the people in Boston

I enjoyed working with Opal. They are consistently communicative and provide clear expectations, making each interaction smooth and efficient. Having worked with Opal on multiple occasions, I have found them to be professional and respectful of my time. I recommend Opal's services for notary work.

They came thru for me big time! Thank you so much for everything!

As a Notary, I was given the opportunity to work with one of The Opal Groups client. Asher was very helpful throughout the process. I received both texts & emails, detailing exactly what needed to be done, to insure the client received a "White Glove Experience"! I really appreciated that Asher made sure, I was comfortable as well. This made the process much easier. I look forward to working with The Opal Group, in the future! Thanks so much Asher!!!

I performed a notary act for Opal Group and was not paid in a timely manner. After I posted an unfavorable review, I was paid.

Highly recommend this notary service! As someone living abroad, I needed my diploma notarized and apostilled. They were fantastic - showed up right on time for our appointment, walked me through the initial steps, and then handled everything else. Had my document back in just a few days. Stress-free experience, would definitely use them again!
