I love what they’re about and how they’re doing it. I was sceptical joining an online program but the detail is in-depth and I’ve learnt so much about my own body and movement. There’s plenty of content to work through too. I’m recommending them to anyone who listens haha

I’m one month into the program and MoveU has taught me more than any chiropractor or massage therapist I’ve seen in the past 6 years ever has. I’m noticing myself being more conscious of my posture & alignment and I am taking my progress into my own hands. MoveU is very unique and really helps me challenge myself and get to the root cause of my pain. I know that with time, the results will finally start to show😊!
