Mike & Andrew are great! They teach the fundamentals and address major concerns. I have found their short clip videos on Instagram & facebook beneficial. I can't wait to try the library on the Moveu website.

These guys are downright awesome! If you are sick of back pain & injuries, then this is definitely the place. Their program is on-line, so people can do it from anywhere, anytime. They are passionate & have spent many years building this program. I come from 20 yrs of debilitating back pain with nerve pain (& a morphine pump, a fusion, & WAY too many trips to useless Pain Specialties.) In 30 days, I already see improvements to my posture, strength, movement, & confidence. My days keep getting better. It is fun & addictive, too! DO IT!!!

First things first: YOU have to put in the work yourself. However, if you do so, you will succeed. The MoveU staff, as well as the other fellow participants, will provide you with all the support you need during your journey of recovery, both professional and emotional. I can highly recommend this program! The benefits will last for a lifetime!
