MoveU has been absolutely transformative to me. I'm only halfway through Phase 1 and I'm moving better and am basically pain free. Before MoveU I was struggling to walk in any capacity whatsoever and now I'm able to walk pain free. I can't wait to see how much more I improve following the program.

These guys have figured out what the medical community has not, primarily because the medical community does not/can not look at the whole picture across the medical disciplines (e.g. doctor, chiro, accu, physical therapy, massage, etc.). The ability to have on demand videos is a game changer. No one can remember proper form after visiting an office for an hour 3 days a week. Video on demand gives you an instance reference point.

"MoveU has moved me to take charge of my body and my life. The guidance and support I receive gives me the confidence to blow past outdated conceptions of how to end chronic back pain. I’m back to running, dancing and living an amazing life rather than relying on useless short-term treatments. Yes, it’s a commitment. But the commitment is to be my best self and I love it!”

All the exercises and stretches are described well and the videos are easy to follow. The "whys" and "how" are explained which is important to me in order to understand what and why I am moving as either an old habit or new way. Most importantly is the mindset of movement for living. My purpose for the MoveU method is the practice of movement for living an unlimited life. Xoxo
