MoveUReviews of moveu.com

I followed these guys on Instagram for a while. I was debating about buying the program for a few months before actually purchasing it. One of their posts finally convinced me. Buying the program has been one of the best investments I've made. I've learned so much since starting a few months ago. It only works if you put in an effort. If you follow the program and stay consistent, you will not be disappointed.

MoveU has exceeded my expectations and completely changed my mindset on pain. Taking all the knowledge I’ll learn from this program, I know I’ll be a million times better off for the rest of my life enjoying doing all the things I love (I.e., sports, lifting, hiking etc.) Fear is in the past! I know my body is capable of so much and I’ll be able to push it to the limits in the years to come! Andrew, Mike and the entire MoveU community are so supportive and give amazing feedback. Everyone cares so much about each others journeys. It’s incredible to see the success of this program and I look forward to more amazing things MoveU will so in the future!

Ok, I admit my European spirit finds them like a cheerleader on speed sometimes, it is part of their charm :-) Their program works and they are brutally honest (no quick fixes but a learning process where you will get as much as you put in, you are in charge) so it is a 10/10. Yes, it looks like a big investment and may seem like a leap of faith. I went back and forth for 3 months before I decided to join in, I wish I would have done it before. It really is changing the way my body works, I'm slowly feeling I will be able to reach my goals and there is a future where movement is a joyful thing without fear of flare-ups here and there.

MoveU is very informative, helpful and hilarious! The community support is key. Buy this program and help yourself.

Loving moveU! It’s slowly changing my life

“The” best choice and investment of my life. Suffering from shoulder, knee and back pain for a long time. Finaly on December Doctors awarded me (diagnosed) with two herniated discs L4-L5, L5-S1. First option surgery of course. But decided to “Fix my self”. Being a follower of MoveU for quite a bit decided to take the next step and joined the community. 60 days on still not able to snatch, 🏋️‍♀️ clean and jerk or even try weighted squats. But I am able to enjoy life without pain killers. Small steps, every day. Give them a try.

Joining this program is proving to be one of the most influential and positive experiences of my life. MoveU is not only helping me align my body and feel better in action each and every day, but is also showing me that I already posses the tools I need to succeed in all aspects of my life. I am so happy and thankful that I have started on such a great path. Thank you to all of the MoveU team!
