Great exercises and super informative Web site is very bad not user friendly. Super hard to use on iphone in gym and keeps asking me to sign in and buy program which I already have bought. Wish I could navigate the different sessions in modules without having to continually start at begininning

Great team, great resource, great communtiy. Well worth the time and money spent as since I've started the program I've stop going to chiro, PT, docs, massage etc... wish I would have made the plunge earlier. I"m 3 months in and making progress... am I 'cured,' no - but I'm not looking for a cure, I'm looking for the cause and changing it at the root.

MoveU is incredible & honestly groundbreaking. It’s no shortcut but it’s a practical real solution for pretty much anyone who has any muskuloskeletal issue with their body. In fact it’s worth doing even for people with the immediate problems as well. I strongly recommend this program for everyone!
