Taking the step to enroll in this program has been such an enlightening experience. MoveU is a way of life and everyone needs to experience it. I enrolled in this program because of upper, mid, and lower back pain. I am closing in on sixty days of this program and the pain I deal with everyday has already reduced.

I love my t-shirts. Great quality. USA sizes seem a little smaller than UK, if it doubt, pick the next size up. Love the MoveU band #COMEBACKSTRONGER - great motivator. I will be adding more merchandise to my collection :)
