They are freaking awesome and funny

This program has honestly changed my life, the way I stand, the way I move, and the way I train. Before I started this journey I was living in pain, plain miserable. I thought I was never going to be able to get under a bar again, but not only do I live pain free I train pain free.

Great Program! Great guys!

I am from France, where you don't make much out of pocket payment for physiotherapy and medical care, so the cost of the program was a hard topic for me at first. Moreover, I have recurring aches here and there, but no crippling pain as described in most of the introduction content, so I was wondering if the program was really for me. I trusted reviews here and made the leap anyways, and I am really happy I did. The contents are well researched, well explained but fun, the targeted exercises are deceptively hard and support from the facebook group is amazing. I am at the beginning of my journey with MoveU, going at my own pace through the modules, and looking forward to knowing and moving more.

MoveU is excellent. They are very informative and make learning fun.

I love my new MoveU t-shirt, the fabric is soft, I really like the flower design and the feminine cut of the sleeves. I would say that they run a bit small. Shipping was fast, great customer service.

Amazing program! Very very very helpful and full of in depth information for a better us, FixYoShit! So simple and with you guys everything makes sense.
