The knowledge behind Move U makes complete sense, the videos are excellent, and the website navigation is pretty good. The facebook page where personal videos of the prescribed exercises are performed can be overwhelming. I have endless notifications and I feel bad if I can't get to them. I wish there was a different portal that was better organized and less chaotic. BUT, the idea behind it is great and having people view my movement is helpful.

We thank you for being so generous with your time to help others out in the community and encourage you to remember to take some time for yourself. Know your limits and don't feel obligated to get to EVERY single notification. The community is filled with 1,000+ people and you simply cannot help everyone all the time. Solid program with great self-guided programming. I think the only weekness in the program is that all of the coaching is done via Facebook, and it's up to the user to submit content. There's no one there to help push you along or help you get over hurdles. That being said this is the most comprehensive pain management and movement development course I've ever seen. I've been running a gym for the last 10 years, and in the fitness space for 15, and there's nothing like this out there. A lot of programs talk like they've got new things to help you, or a systematic approach and they send you a pdf with a couple of workouts. MoveU lives up to their promises and gives you a guided way out of pain that doesn't involve hours of physical therapy or chiropractic.

We understand your point of view regarding the private Facebook community and we are taking steps towards creating a coaches & professional certification program where people in the program can find MoveU certified coaches all over the world to help them out in-person. This can help those who feel that they absolutely want to see someone in person. Many of our members in the program who actively participate in the Facebook group say that the online community helps provide them with a TON of motivation. They feel like they are working together with others, rather than trying to do everything by themselves. They find buddies in the program and help each other out by holding them accountable and by providing feedback to keep improving. I am now in module 4- Phase 1. I can say that all the exercises/workouts are decent and are worth the money invested. I have control over my body that i didn't and overall better posture on walking and standing. The transition is slow but the change is noticeable.
