It would be five stars, but I have not been able to login to your web site for multiple days.

Hi Wayne,
Thanks for sharing. We are well aware that our website is down right now and our web development team is working nonstop on this to resolve this issue. We appreciate your patience with this as we work to get the website back up and running so you can access the program.

I was very excited, but no app?!?!
I was very excited about joining the program, but I must say it is hard to navigate and not as useful without an app format. I won’t take my computer to the gym and navigating it on my phone’s browser is too much work to want to quickly go back and forth. I think the program would benefit tremendously if you developed an application for it.

Hi Sasha,
Thanks for the honest review. We are working to improve the current platform on which the program is hosted to make it easier to navigate and more user-friendly. Please shoot me an email at [email protected] and I can get you in touch with people on my team to help get you into the new platform.
Apps are something that we have discussed as a possibility in the future and we ask that you please understand that those take a very LONG time to create.

I like the information, but not the platform
I like the information, but the IU platform is so unfriendly that I don't use the videos as often as I like because I can't just jump to sections that I want to focus on. You have to spend so much time going through videos on topics, I'd rather come back to. And I am a technical person, but this platform needs serious work.
** Update: They have reached out to advise me a new IU platform is in beta and they are even offering me a beta trial. That is pretty cool and I will take them up on it. PS: two months of mostly posture attention and changes is already making positive differences in my back pain and discomfort. Still excited about the program.

Hi Brett,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the program and the platform. We have been working to improve the platform with a much more user-friendly UI for MONTHS and are starting to roll that out and test it. If you'd like to make the switch over, please send me an email at [email protected] and I can help connect you with the people on our team who can make that happen.
Now, about the jumping around to areas that you want to focus on. We try to make this idea very clear in our IG and in the program. The entire body works together, and the location of the pain and symptoms is not always the root cause of the pain. When certain areas don't move well or don't have adequate strength or mobility, other areas compensate and it can lead to pain over time.
You truly need to gain control and awareness over your ENTIRE body and understand how things work together. You also have the ability to watch any of the videos in the program through the video glossaries to find what you are looking for.
Hope this all helps, and please shoot me an email if you need any more info or help.

Hi Matt,
Thanks for your review of the program. Just like our bodies, we are always looking for ways to improve our website and the user experience within the MoveU program.
Over this past month, we have made some big changes and are continuing to make improvements to the platform on which the program is hosted.
Please hang with us as we make these updates, just as we hang with all of the members in our program by providing support when they are going through setbacks and providing feedback to help them keep improving.

Solid information, great philosophy, but not the end all be all
For an online rehab/fitness educational resource, Moveu is one of the best I have found. I really agree with the holistic approach and throughout the program have gained a ton of awareness and learned a great deal about pain management, anatomy, movement patterns, and proper technique for tons of helpful exercises. That being said, 8 months in it has become pretty obvious this program alone is not going to solve my back issues. Simply put, a random dude in Canada watching videos of me performing glute bridges will never replace the proper guidance and analysis of an expert practitioner. Back problems can be complex and involve numerous factors, which probably need to be addressed by a professional in person. Personally, I do not need any motivation from an online community to put in the necessary work on a daily basis. My motivation comes from 9+ years of being in pain and no longer being able to do the things I love. There is nothing more I want in life than to get back to being active, surfing, practicing yoga, even being able to go get in a simple workout. This is all I think about, visualize, and hope for pretty much every second of every day. What I need is to talk through this stuff with a live human who can give me the proper guidance towards finally fixing myself. Unfortunately my need, desire and inability to find such a person in the city I live in (San Diego) is what led me to MoveU in the first place, and now I am essentially right back where I started.

Yo Jay!
Thanks for your review on the program. I understand that you are feeling a little frustrated with where you are currently with your body after experiencing a few setbacks. That's totally normal and part of the learning process about your body.
The main goal of the program is to give YOU the tools to be able to strengthen your body into better posture & alignment and to improve your body awareness and movement patterns throughout your daily life.
Back problems can be complex and it's overwhelming to try to figure out where to start, what to do, etc. You have been in pain for 9 years, and it might take more than just 8 months to "fix" everything.
We'd like to challenge you to think about yourself as being a strong person and being able to overcome this yourself, as YOU control the muscles in your own body that hold you and move you in good positions. YOU are the so-called "expert" of your own body and you are taking steps to get there.
We like to take care of the members in our program because we truly care about making a difference in people's lives. We want to help you out. Since you are local to the area and are in the program, I am going to reach out to you to set up a time for you to come by our office so we can help get you back on the right track.
I want you to promise me that you'll stop diminishing your ability to improve your body by telling yourself that you need some "expert" to solve your problems for you. I will take you through some exercises and ask you questions that are going to make YOU think about what is happening with your body and cause some breakthroughs to happen.

I have a really busy practice and I was…
I have a really busy practice and I was intrigued by the 10 min a day ( except it is 10 min of practice but 15 min of video watching first) and it took a bit of time to figure out how to access the exercise videos - the reminder emails and the ability to reach out and ask questions is great - I just don’t have time for Facebook so even though I have joined I am never on it - so I’m sure I’m missing out
I havent given up yet - I’m determined to get things going -

Hi Sarah,
Thanks for leaving a review. Getting through the videos in the program can take some time. They go into great detail about both HOW to perform an exercise and also WHY you are performing an exercise. Once you get through the videos that are laid out for you in each module, you'll continue practicing these principles not only when performing the workouts (whether you only have 15 minutes per day or have more) but also throughout your daily activities.
Make YOURSELF the priority and set some time aside to work on improving your body. The benefits of feeling better will likely carry over into your practice. Definitely get into the Facebook community and take advantage of all the feedback and coaching that you'll receive.

Love the content
Love the content - the knowledge is unquestionable - however the search engine on the mobile site could be a bit more user friendly, e.g. in order of date/upload.
When the boys talk about "tomorrow" or "the video before this" or "series" I can't find a logical order or way to find consecutive videos.
Otherwise, still loving the info and way it's delivered - I love the screaming ending the best "only you can MOVE YOU!!!" It's how I feel about some clients sometimes and I get a giggle every time

Hi Jesse,
Thanks for your review of the Exercise Library. We do understand that the platform on which it is hosted could be more user-friendly, and we are currently working to find a better solution to improve the user experience with the Exercise Library.
When we refer to the "next video" or "tomorrow" that is because these videos were initially done in a specific order when previously posted to Instagram. The exercises are not meant to be done in any particular order. Rather, it is up to your own individual needs and what you want to work on.

Needs to have some sort of playlist…
Needs to have some sort of playlist that you can make and watch the videos you like. To much work to navigate through the amazing collection of videos.

Hi Thomas,
Thanks for your feedback on the Exercise Library. We have heard many requests to have a "Favorites" section added into the member account so that they can save down the videos that they refer back to the most.
We had spoken with our developers about creating this feature for the Exercise Library, but the initial way it looked and worked was not what we were hoping for and therefore we did not add in the feature.
