Yo Alan, Thanks for the review on the program. There is a big misconception with people about "needing" to see people in person. You do not need to be an "expert" to share your own personal experience about a movement to help someone else out. The program and the community are designed to allow people to discover for themselves where they need improvements in their body. Through sharing your own movements and helping teach others, everyone learns more about their body and slowly becomes the "expert" of their own body. You learn the tools and body awareness to move your body in better patterns and hold yourself in good posture throughout the day. You apply this to everything in your life. It's not just the 1-hr session with the PT/trainer that is making the difference. It is YOU that is in control of your body and making the progress happen. Mike & Andrew do not offer 1-on-1 skype sessions to address your movement. The FB community accomplishes that and so much more because you are able to get multiple perspectives on your own movements. Andrew sees movement in one way, Mike sees it in another, and I see it differently too. In getting the different perspectives from people in the community, you can explore these different things for yourself to find what works for you. We do have a long-term goal of creating a training program where we can certify trainers and professionals across the world to have people who our members can meet with in person if they truly want to. That is something that takes a long time to put together, but is on the way! Hope all of this helps and I want to encourage you to get back into the community. If you've listened to previous coaching calls from Mike & Andrew, you will hear them say time and time again that the community gives great advice and we have our coaches in there (including Andrew when needed) to review everything to make sure people have what they need to keep progressing.
