MoveU I only have good things to say about your program. Anatomy explained like no other, followed by the exercises to better understand in detail. Bringing the elements of fun knowledge and visual explanation together ❤️ Great work. Had been following MoveU u for a long time, and decided to enroll due to a knee injury and so happy I did. Thank you

Feedback from a newbie
I am loving the program so much! I would give it 5 stars however, as a newbie just beginning it was a little confusing as to where I should start to follow along the program.
Suggestion to rearrange the icons on the dashboard with START HERE for training program 1.
For the other programs on the desktop that are use as needed for particular issues. Group them together for view as needed for particular issues. I hope this makes sense!
Really 5 stars just wanted to share my newbie insight. Love you guys and your vast knowledge of the human body is INCREDIBLE!!!!!

Thank you so much Pearla. We have heard you and we are in the process of clarifying the dashboard. Sometimes the pitfall of providing a wealth of information is that it can be hard to know where to start. Please know that your feedback is valuable to us and we are working to earn that 5 star rating. We are so glad you are happy with the program and we look forward to helping YOU control your health destiny!

Game changer!
I’m coming to the end of moveU phase 1 and couldn’t wait to write a review because, honestly, this programme has been a game changer in my life.
I didn’t realise that a lot of issues I had in my body from how I walked, to my flat feet and plantar fasciitis, to shoulder pains when I wake up was related to my posture and imbalances in my body. I learned an incredible amount of information that helped me understand where those imbalances and pains come from and how to correct them by doing the exercises provided.
The website itself is organised really well, into phases and the module sections and even shows you in percentages how much you completed. The exercises are explained really well and they are amazing exercises that really work. Personally, I didn’t find the workouts very helpful - only because sometimes they completely miss some exercises that are in the modules and so it was difficult for me to progress knowing I barely did some exercise - so I chose to simply to follow the exercise for each module every day instead of the workouts and that worked better for me.
About the 4 star... Community is ESSENTIAL for growth. This isn’t debatable, life isn’t meant to be done alone and neither should this programme be done alone! BUT, I hate Facebook and the Facebook group is a nuance for me. I had to reactivate it for this programme and I’m not happy about that but I guess I’ll just have to get over it. I don’t use the group as much as others do and as much as I did in the beginning, but it’s only because it consumes a lot of time and energy to keep posting videos and commenting on others videos. Sometimes it feels like you’re doing the coaches job to analyse people’s videos in the hopes that people comment on yours too which isn’t great. But I do understand there probably aren’t enough coaches to attend to the 1000’s of peoples in the groups!
Self motivation is a huge deal too. Don’t expect someone to be motivating you 24/7, that has to come from you. Especially when it comes to the workouts, don’t expect them to be like your HIIT workouts or spin classes... because they’re not. You need to take things slower than normal and focus on your form. But this didn’t stop me from putting some banging tunes on to keep me motivated!
Lastly, this programme consumes a lot of time. It’s something you carry into your day to day life. You don’t just think about your posture when you workout, it’s ALL day. do think about your commitments to working out and other exercises. You really have to think for yourself if you have the time to do this programme and if you don’t, are you willing to make the time. I was working out 5 days a week and had to stop for a little while because it was affecting my progress in the programme. Once I felt ready to workout again (1 month later after finishing module 4) I started working out again but taking things slower than normal and really focusing on my form. The great thing about the programme is it helps you workout smarter, because you learn how to do things in proper form!
This programme is worth it, but only if you put in the work (no one else will do it for you!) I feel stronger, healthier, have better posture, less pains, don’t walk like an idiot anymore, my workouts are WAY more effective and it’s only upwards from here!

Hey Julia, thanks so much for the review! You have been a ROCKSTAR in the group. We do agree that the original program takes a lot of effort and that participating in the groups is time consuming. The coaches do review every single post and provide thorough feedback, but we have found that when MUvers provide feedback to others, it allows them to learn even more about their own bodies and movements--which is why we have structured the community in that way. Not only does the process help you refine your ability to assess your own movements, it helps build strong body awareness which is incredibly valuable for everyone. However, in rolling out MoveU 2.0, beginning with our Low Back & Core and Hip programs, we have created a faster, more entertaining, self-paced approach that does not require community involvement. MUvers can choose their involvement and time commitment. Truly we offer something for everyone.
Regardless of one's chosen approach, YES, it will still take time and dedication to build body awareness, to refine alignment and to strengthen the muscles to hold that optimal alignment in place. No one else can do it for you. You are doing an amazing job Fixing Yo Sh%t, thanks for giving it to everyone straight--Only You Can MoveU!

The program is excellent
The program is excellent. As a person who already has knowledge about human anathomy and biomechanics I wish it was more simplyfied. Still - I found some unknown and very useful tips in "the core" program. I would defenetely renew my membership in order to understand better "the breathing" part. Highly reccomend to anyone with issues and all kind of pain.

Thank you Violeta! We count many knowledgable folks among our MUvers. From Chiropractors, to PTs (both Physical/Physio Therapists and Personal Trainers), to Doctors, to Fitness Instructors, to the general public. There is always something new to learn or a new spin to put on an old idea. Thanks so much for reviewing us. We will keep working to simplify concepts even further to earn your 5 star rating in the future!

Solid program with a few clunks
The quality of information is great and I feel like for an online platform, MoveU does well. Oftentimes, the online feedback is generic, but the overall quality of feedback from online coaches is helpful.
The instructions of how to do the work/moves is high quality. Moving through the modules is easy, as it is automatic. I did often find myself craning my neck to watch the video while doing the exercise, but that adjustment comes with time and experience with the movement. There is a booklet to print out for the workouts/exercises in which I have found more success, then using the videos when I get stuck.
I am very disappointed this is not an app. To login each time is frustrating and clunky. There is an app, but the two programs are not related. Again, disappointing. I would like to see this program show a video, then the app progress to record the user doing the activity, almost like a tik tok duet. I think this would be helpful.
As for the price point, I am optimistic that at the end of this, I will feel it is worth the price. A month in, I am pain free, however because I am logging in when I think of it, I am not as consistent as I would like to be. An app could send me a reminder to do my exercises! As it is, I have to find an email, find the module, then log in. Like I said, kind of clunky.
Overall- quality of programming does supersede the clunk, but I wish it had quality and ease of use!

Thank you so much for this feedback. The app is certainly in the works and we appreciate your feedback to improve the program.
We are so glad you are seeing improvements. While we work to incorporate the program into the app, we recommend keeping the program open on your browser on your phone or computer for easy access. The program holds your progress so you can pick up right where you left off!

Program and the community is great but...
Program and the community is great, but i don't think you should be forced to comment on other muvers' videos if you don't want to. Those who want to, great, but there's people who aren't comfortable in doing so. I don't have any social media. No facebook, no Instagram, Twitter etc. only a youtube which is how i found out about MoveU. I'm not comfortable in posting anything but I'll do so to improve myself which is uploading a video of me doing the movements. I'm still learning on how to do the movements so how am i supposed to tell anyone how they're doing? I rather post my videos and have the coach(s) tell me how I'm doing.
Response from MoveUAug 22, 2020
Hey Rey,
You've been doing so well in the program and gaining great awareness of how your body most optimally functions. While we don't require that you comment on other MUver's videos, we sure do see enhanced success from those members who are involved in the community. They gain wonderful education, support, motivation and inspiration from others. Though you are still learning the movements, there are so many you've improved on. The feedback you've gotten from others allowed for that improvement. You might see someone moving their body in the same way and find that you are able to provide valuable advice. As Jim Kwik says, "When you teach someone something, you get to learn it twice?" There are lots of MUvers who have commented on your posts for your benefit and their own. We hope you'll reconsider the purpose of the community and the ways it can further your progress in the program.
While Facebook is indeed social media, our platform is solely for the program. Posts are required to focus solely on movement, questions and inspiration.
We are sorry to see a 1 star review for the program owing solely to our enthusiasm for community involvement. We continue to hold our community in the highest regard and hope you'll consider the benefit that giving back to the community will have on your own success.
Edited: Thank you for changing your review to 4 starts reflect what the program offers. We recognize that the community is not for everyone, but stand behind the intention of having community members help one another for support, education, motivation and inspiration.
Keep MUvin!
