Disappointing Product, Good Information
I like some of the videos and information provided, but I do not like the constant sales-pitchy, condescending tone. It would have been better if the content was just the movement/exercise/stretch videos and none of the other videos. The website is poorly organized. MoveU only allows you see Phase I and II until you finish them. Why? I purchased the program for a year and like to review/know where I’m going when I start (much like any textbook). Website navigation is poor on mobile devices. The Facebook group is filled with both good and bad advice (not everyone is a movement expert, and many people overlook that videos vary depending on lighting and angles). I did not like the new coaches introduced on the Facebook portion. It felt unorganized and also held a condescending tone. It’s good content communicated poorly. I would recommend people to move through the modules alone, not join the FB group, and see a movement specialist in person to identify real compensations, imbalances, and weaknesses.

Hi Anna, Thanks for leaving your honest review. We acknowledge that you are disappointed with the program and prefer to work alone without the community. We take our member satisfaction very seriously and want to make sure that you are getting the support and attention needed to be able to improve your body and achieve your goals! The anatomy and mindset videos are included within the program to provide our members with all of the tools that we feel will help you be most successful. The anatomy videos help show the different areas of the body and how they work, and the mindset videos are important for shaping a positive attitude and improve your relationship with pain or injury. The program is set up with the videos in a certain order, where you complete each one step by step and practice them. The movements start off seemingly "simple" and they often prove to be a big challenge for many people. These exercises are meant to help you start reconnecting to individual areas of the body and control those movements. You'll then start combining the different checkpoints into more complex movements as you progress in Phase 1 and ultimately into Phase 2. You must be able to move in the "simpler" exercises before you can proceed into the more challenging exercises. You are able to see all of the exercises in the program in the Phase 1 & Phase 2 Video Glossary sections underneath the "Resources" tab within the program. The Facebook group is not filled with "experts" and we are aware of that. We have our own team of MoveU coaches who oversee the entire community and review each post and comment that are left on videos. They will jump in when needed to correct and "bad" advice that's given (although we RARELY find this to be the case) and will add in any other tips and encouragement where needed. The community is meant to empower all members to learn about their bodies by interacting and helping each other out through their own personal experiences with the exercises. We have over 4,000 members across all of our FB groups and many of them choose to participate and engage with each other because they find that it helps them out TREMENDOUSLY. It is your choice to participate in the group (it is NOT required) and you can certainly still have MAJOR success with the program without joining the community. The program is meant to help YOU become the expert of your own body to where you are aware of the positions that you place yourself in. YOU are going to discover the imbalances and compensations within your own body because only YOU can feel that. YOU are going to then put in the work to strengthen everything into better position and alignment. No one else can do that for you. However, you are more than welcome to follow the program and see your own personal trainer to help out. We certainly recognize that one on one attention can be beneficial for people, such as getting through a sticking point on certain exercises. It's totally up to you and what you are comfortable with. Whatever it takes for you to be able to improve your body and achieve what you want with your body and life, we will support you in that. Keep MUvin! Bobby MoveU Team
